Team Alignment Process

Based upon our concept of “One-Team,” the Team Alignment Process helps diverse teams on projects or within larger organizations improve their collaboration, shared mission focus and mutual leadership support.

Over the past 25 years we have facilitated the process over 75 times within hospitals, manufacturing firms, and larger engineering and construction projects. In this process we develop the team at multiple levels around the concept of “other-enlightened interest.” That is, people get outside their “ego,” and operate in service to the mission and to each other’s success. We coach participants with diverse backgrounds and cultures on working together, while also setting up an issues escalation process that, if needed, keeps the decision-making positive momentum moving forward.
